Since I moved to the UK I've always been missing my authentic home country food, it's so difficult to find the right one. So I decided to ask my mum and Sandra's mum to make curry paste and ask Sandra to ship them to me. But hey ho! The shipping fee is extremely expensive so I talked to Sandra about it and we came up with a solution why don't make a bit of profit out of it so I have the goodies in my fridge and a bit of income.
Sandra's mum makes the best curry pastes ever and all of her pastes are vegan! She is very thorough about the process of making curry pastes and spends time with it as long as each paste requires no skipping steps or rushing. she makes like mums make for their children.
